Refund Policy

  • Due to the delicacy of the product ALL SALES are FINAL and we do not accept returns
  • NOTE: We only process returns if an error was made by Flourishing Moss
  • If a product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement
  • Flourishing Moss is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If  order is showing that it has been delivered but the customer did not receive the package please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
